<description><![CDATA[ Charter Schools? Least chance of Failing; <br />The extent of success, in any project, depends on ‘on what terms the labor in it is engaged’. General observance is that any meddling by the government or any bureaucratic hand tends to hamper performance. <br />This will lead to success 1. The remuneration of an individual; fiscal, reputation, self-esteem or in other ways is affected by her/his functioning and when s/he is to benefit or suffer for the out put then s/he craves for at most level of her/his efficiency. 2. Second criterion is the work chosen (here teaching profession) is not out of belly compulsions but as natural affection for human development. 3. Besides above two emotional parts the measurable part ‘Is the teacher up to the teaching qualification?’ Third one is indispensable particularly when a) the teacher is dealing with other’s child. b) The student is to join, some day, mainstream education.<br />We talk about born teacher but everyone comes with like instinct. Watch young ones dealing with smaller siblings. Moreover there is no need waiting for teacher to born. There are simple ways to transform aspirer into what we say born teacher.<br />However in agreement be the teacher conflict remains in teaching equipment, learning environment, management of administrative part and access to jump in main stream. <br />Two tier complete education<br />1. One cut of education, memory education, provides jargon of information to go through examinations. This system though indispensable is ironically devaluated as producing ‘functional illiterates’. <br />To extent it is true as there lays some disadvantage. The certificates so earned are useful only up to securing admissions in further education; or up to decorating bio-data for employment. <br />In real life so earned success fails. The student lacks in self thinking, diligence, observance, perseverance etc. These are behavioral cuts and are to be polished separately through do it yourself facilities; as those are beyond the scope of traditional teaching.<br />2. The second tier of education is ‘do it yourself’. There can be no learning unless the information taught is associated with observance or experience. The scope of observation and experimentation is wide that it cannot be bonded by curriculum. Equally the teacher required must be so competent master of many trades and jack of all trades. <br />The activities for observance or experience are not restricted to laboratory experiments. Those can be swimming, skating, camping, drawing or anything. One cannot select one particular activity to help corresponding subject or book-lesson.<br />This complication gives rise to need of self employed Chartered Teacher. The concept of centralized school for self employed Chartered Teacher. Readers’ doubts will help to develop clearer picture.
