Examples, examples, examples! He didnt give an example of how to formulate a good lesson plan on any topic, such as checking in at the airport.
This article was not helpful at all. There were absolutely no examples of any type of approach. No example activities demonstrating what he meant by using a balanced approach of old and new. This article is worthless.
